Waza

Waza, Technique, teaches a student Kihon, Basics in Martial Art Techniques.  These Techniques start with Shodan No Kata. Shodan means, First Degree Techniques learned by a student studying the Foundations of a Martial Art Form. There are 25 Foundational Techniques in Kanda Ha Kamishin Ryu.
